Aaron Cradduck, who had owned and operated AC Wholesale Signs of Fairfield since 2007, bought Solano Signs and merged the two companies in 2010. In doing so, he created a local firm that can provide anything from a small magnetic sign to a giant corporate sign visible from a freeway. He presented at a sign industry convention, sharing how he grew his business through relationships with national accounts. In addition to design and production, Solano Signs provides installation and maintenance services. A large portion of their work is now for national sign companies.
This free 8:07 workshop video will provide a snapshot of what it takes to serve national accounts, and shows how to market your services, what to expect from national sign companies as a subcontractor, and pros and cons of this path for growth. A full 8:07 minutes of invaluable front-line experience!
