Paul graduated from Northern Illinois University and spent the next 38 years selling cyanoacrylate, anaerobic, epoxy, urethane, silicone, UV curable, and methacrylate adhesives. He was with Adhesive Systems, Inc. as North American Sales Manager and now with HB Fuller Adhesives, as Strategic Account Manager, North America.
